Please find the below jd , Location: Bangalore -Bellandur Experience: 2-5 Years Work Mode- Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in Django , SQL , and backend application development. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs, preferably in the E-commerce/Retail domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django . Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas. Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL , MySQL , or MS SQL Server . Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams. Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. Required Skills 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. Strong expertise in Django framework. Good knowledge of Flask or FastAPI is an added advantage. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MS SQL). Experience in designing and developing REST APIs . Knowledge of Git and version control systems. Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming. Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Domain Experience (Preferred) Experience in E-commerce , Retail , Marketplace , or B2B/B2C Commerce platforms. Exposure to order management, product catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory, checkout, or payment integrations. Experience integrating with payment gateways, logistics, or third-party commerce services is a plus.
