Job Title: Python Automation + AI Developer Experience: 6 - 10 Years Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time 0- 15 days joiners only Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation + AI Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and automate enterprise applications using Python while leveraging modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python automation, REST APIs, AI/LLM frameworks, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices. Experience with Generative AI, RAG applications, and AI agents is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Python. Build automation frameworks for API, backend processes, workflows, and data pipelines. Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini into enterprise applications. Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask. Design and implement AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and automation workflows. Work with vector databases for semantic search and RAG implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure cloud-native applications. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support when required. Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture. Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, SaaS, or Product-based organizations is preferred.
