Pharmacy Business Analyst

Seeking a Business Analyst with Healthcare/PBM experience to support pharmacy claims implementations through requirements gathering, data analysis, system integration, and testing. Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements. Prepare BRDs, user stories, RTMs, and process documentation. Perform data analysis, mapping, and interface analysis. Develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and support UAT. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors. Track requirements, changes, and project deliverables. Required Skills 7+ years of Business Analysis experience. Healthcare/PBM or Health Plan experience. NCPDP D.0, F6, Batch, and SCRIPT knowledge. Experience with RxClaim, JUDI, or Abarca preferred. Strong experience in data mapping, system integrations, testing, and requirements management. Agile experience preferred.
