About the Role We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior Front-End Software Engineer (React) with 4+ years of professional experience building modern, scalable web applications using React.js . In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high-performance front-end solutions for FinTech products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and reliable user experiences. If you are passionate about writing clean, maintainable code, solving complex technical challenges, and staying up to date with modern front-end technologies, we’d love to hear from you. What You Will Do You will develop, optimise, and maintain web applications using React.js. You will work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs efficiently. You will implement and maintain microservices-based front-end architecture. You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with designers for optimal user experience. You will write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. You will troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. You will stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in React.js, frontend development, and Fintech solutions. Who You Are You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. You have 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development using React.js. You have a solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You have experience with microservice-based architecture and integrating frontend applications with microservices. You are familiar with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. You have hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil, Zustand). You have a strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI components. You are experienced with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). You should be willing to work in the FinTech industry, and prior experience in FinTech is preferred. You having knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud services will be considered as a plus
