Lead React JS Developer

Experience: 7+ years Location: Chennai (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js. Design and implement reusable UI components and front-end architecture. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver business requirements. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and estimation activities. Learn and contribute to projects built using Svelte JS as part of the organization's technology roadmap. Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring. Required Skills Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries. Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end development practices. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Svelte JS or willingness to learn and work on Svelte-based applications. Knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, or modern front-end frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
