Front-End Engineer

Description Join our innovative team as a Front-End Engineer! You will build intuitive, high-quality web applications, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences. Responsibilities Develop responsive, dynamic websites and web applications with a focus on excellent user experience. Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, React Hook Form, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Redux, and frameworks like React.js or Next.js. Implement and optimize real-time communication features such as video calls and chat using WebRTC and related technologies. Integrate real-time data services (WebSocket/Socket.IO) and troubleshoot UI/UX issues ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Work cross-functionally to define innovative frontend solutions optimized for scalability and performance. Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience in frontend development. Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Hook Form, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, and state management tools like Redux or Zustand. Experience with version control systems (Git) and RESTful APIs. Collaborative mindset with ability to work well across teams, including backend developers and designers. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, especially regarding UI consistency and interactivity.
