The Role As a Front End Engineer, you'll work on company projects, mainly our mobile applications, building user-facing features end to end in collaboration with the product and backend teams. We are targeting mid to senior levels. Level is decided throughout the interview process. What You'll Do Build and ship features across production React Native apps (iOS + Android) Work with real-time features: maps, live tracking, notifications, chat Integrate payment gateways, third-party SDKs, and native device capabilities Write clean, testable, efficient code and refactor where it pays off Own features end to end — from design handoff to release Work with the backend team to shape the APIs your features need Care about the details: smooth animations, dark mode, localization, loading and error states You should have: 2+ years of React Native experience, this is a must. You've shipped and maintained apps in production on both platforms Strong JavaScript fundamentals and solid experience with global state management (Redux or similar) Experience integrating REST APIs and handling auth flows (a must) Experience with payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) and maps-based features (a must) Hands-on experience with Firebase (Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging / push notifications) and real-time data (WebSockets or similar) Experience writing or maintaining native modules in Swift/Kotlin when React Native needs to go deeper a strong advantage Familiarity with Expo tooling React, Next.js, and TypeScript are a plus Strong UX sensibility, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Great interpersonal skills with a team-player disposition Adaptability; priorities can evolve with the product, and you're comfortable working in a changing environment Why This Role Is Interesting You will: - Own meaningful production features - Work across backend, frontend, APIs, and real-time systems - Solve genuine performance and scalability problems - Influence technical decisions - See the direct impact of your work - Grow through real engineering responsibility We value clean code, ownership, curiosity, reliability, and practical judgment.
