Developer (JavaScript/SQL) | Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a Developer to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of a new practice management and financial system. This role combines application development, process automation, reporting, systems integration, and stakeholder engagement to deliver business-critical solutions. You will work closely with technical teams, project stakeholders, and end users to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that improve business processes and user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance workflows, web applications, document processes, and data collection solutions. Build and maintain solutions using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Test, deploy, and support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements. Produce user documentation, release notes, and training materials. Investigate and resolve system issues and defects. Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Essential Skills & Experience Commercial development experience within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. Experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures and database queries. Experience using Git/source control repositories. Ability to understand existing system architecture and integrations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Desirable Experience with practice management or CRM platforms. Power BI experience. Experience translating business requirements into technical designs. Exposure to legal or professional services systems
