Platform Engineer (GCP / Kubernetes) Black Labz · Tallinn, Estonia · Full-time · On-site We're a small tech company and we move fast. Our infrastructure runs on GCP - Kubernetes, Cloud Run, Vercel. One person owns all of it. We need that to be you. Not a role where someone hands you tickets. You decide what needs doing, you do it, and you make sure it doesn't fall over at 3am. 🔧 What you'll be doing Keep infrastructure running and improve it over time Write and maintain Terraform - build it properly, not just get it working Manage Kubernetes clusters and GCP environments Own CI/CD pipelines - if deploys are slow or fragile, that's your problem to fix Manage PostgreSQL, Redis, and data warehouse integrations Set up monitoring and alerts - you should know something's wrong before the developers do Handle domains, DNS, certs, costs - the unglamorous stuff that quietly breaks everything Help developers ship without needing hand-holding on every deploy 🧠 What we're looking for 2+ years in cloud / platform / devops Kubernetes and Terraform in real production environments - not just tutorials GCP experience, ideally GKE CI/CD, IAM, secrets management, backups - you've dealt with all of it Can write Bash, Python, or TypeScript when something needs automating Works without needing every task spelled out English - required 🎁 What you get €3,500 – €5,500 gross depending on experience MacBook Pro M4 Pro Private Health Insurance and Sports Benefit Office-first in Tallinn, flexible hours Office you like to spend time in, no cubicles.
