In this role, you will convert Figma designs into clean, modular HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript code, implement GSAP micro-animations, optimize Core Web Vitals, and build interactive web applications. Key Responsibilities Develop semantic, accessible HTML5 and modular CSS3/Sass stylesheets. Build dynamic client-side interactions and GSAP / ScrollTrigger animations. Optimize web pages for 90+ Lighthouse Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP). Ensure seamless responsive behavior across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Integrate frontend forms with backend REST endpoints via asynchronous Fetch/AJAX. Participate in code reviews, UI audits, and cross-browser testing. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of frontend development experience with HTML5, Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS3. Experience with GSAP, Lenis Smooth Scroll, or WebGL animation libraries. Deep understanding of web performance optimization, asset compression, and Critical CSS rendering. Proficiency with Git, npm, and modern build workflows (Vite / ESBuild).
