Java Backend Developer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join a high-impact project focused on building scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical system enhancements and new feature development while gaining exposure to a niche vendor screening platform and modern cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java backend applications. Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA), QA teams, Technical Architects, and Project Leads. Develop scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Contribute to system enhancements, new feature development, and production support. Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices. Required Skills & Experience 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development. Strong expertise in: Java OpenShift Kubernetes Oracle Database Unix/Linux CI/CD pipelines Autosys Experience working within the Banking or Financial Services domain. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise application development. Ability to independently deliver assigned tasks while consistently meeting quality standards and project timelines.
