About the Role A confidential client is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to architect and build core frontend experiences for a collaborative cloud platform. This person will own major customer-facing product areas, help shape the technical roadmap, and build scalable frontend infrastructure, reusable components, and polished user experiences. The ideal candidate has strong frontend craft, excellent product judgment, and experience building from 0 to 1 in fast-moving startup environments. Responsibilities Architect and build core frontend experiences for a modern cloud platform Own the frontend technical roadmap for key customer-facing product areas Build scalable infrastructure, reusable components, and design-system foundations Partner closely with design and engineering to translate sophisticated Figma designs into polished browser-based experiences Develop rich, dynamic product functionality using internal APIs and platform services Raise the quality bar for frontend performance, usability, maintainability, and product polish Qualifications Strong experience building products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous or fast-moving startup environments Fluency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS Familiarity with GraphQL, Postgres, ORMs, Node.js, and Express Experience building complex frontend interfaces and components using internal APIs Ability to translate sophisticated Figma designs into pixel-perfect browser implementations Strong product judgment, pragmatic technical decision-making, and deep care for user experience Required Skills You think in systems and care about how frontend decisions scale over time You are pragmatic and make decisions based on context, not theory You are collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable working across functions You bring a growth mindset and continuously look for ways to improve the product, team, and company Pay range and compensation package The salary range for this role is $150,000–$230,000, plus a strong equity component. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, location, and level.
