Description
100% Remote | U.S.-Based | Fast-Paced Startup Environment The Opportunity Right Fit Advisors is partnering with a fast-growing technology company looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of a sophisticated, customer-facing B2B application. This isn’t a role for someone who simply takes designs and turns them into components. We’re looking for an engineer who can own the frontend experience —understand complex business workflows, make thoughtful architectural decisions, solve usability challenges, and turn complicated requirements into intuitive products customers enjoy using. The current frontend is primarily built with React and JavaScript/TypeScript technologies , but we’re more interested in strong frontend engineering fundamentals and product ownership than experience with one specific framework. You’ll work closely with technical leadership and have meaningful influence over how the product evolves. What You’ll Do Own and evolve the frontend architecture of a complex B2B application. Build intuitive experiences for sophisticated, multi-step customer workflows. Develop and ship production features across modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontends, primarily React . Translate complex business requirements into simple, thoughtful user experiences. Make architectural and technical decisions that improve scalability, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product stakeholders, and technical leadership. Take features from idea through production and continuously improve them based on customer needs. Help establish frontend engineering standards and best practices as the platform grows. What We’re Looking For Strong professional experience building and owning modern frontend applications. Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend architecture. Experience with React or comparable frameworks such as Angular or Vue. Experience building complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-driven applications . Strong understanding of APIs, state management, component architecture, performance, testing, and responsive design. Ability to think beyond individual tickets and take ownership of the overall product experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-moving startup environment . Based anywhere in the United States . You’ll Thrive Here If You… Think like a product owner as much as an engineer. Enjoy simplifying complicated workflows. Can jump into an existing application, understand how it works, and confidently take ownership. Don’t need every requirement perfectly defined before getting started. Communicate proactively and bring solutions—not just problems. Enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and seeing your work directly impact customers. Why Join? High ownership. Direct impact. Complex problems worth solving. You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of a growing B2B product, work closely with technical leadership, and influence both the user experience and frontend architecture. If you’re the kind of engineer who looks at a complicated workflow and immediately starts thinking about how to make it simpler, faster, and better—we’d like to meet you. How to Apply Please send your: Resume LinkedIn profile GitHub, portfolio, or examples of products you’ve helped build (strongly encouraged) We’re especially interested in seeing complex, customer-facing applications you’ve helped take ownership of and ship.
