Full Stack Developer - Golang We’re hiring for an exciting high growth, security and compliance software company building a modern platform used by security teams. This is a hands-on role in a high-ownership environment where you’ll ship quickly, own outcomes end-to-end, and help scale a product that handles real-world security workflows and data. Important: for this search, we’re only prioritising candidates who have (1) prior startup experience and (2) prior security software product experience . Must-haves (hard requirements) Domain + environment Startup experience: you’ve shipped product in a startup / high-growth environment (ambiguity, pace, ownership) Security software product experience: you’ve built or maintained a security product (e.g., compliance automation/GRC, AppSec tooling, IAM, cloud security, vulnerability management, audit/evidence workflows, security operations tooling) as a core part of the product 2 - 5 years of commercial software development experience Technical Go (Golang): production backend services React: modern React UI work in real products TypeScript: strong TS (not just JavaScript) API engineering: production REST APIs (gRPC also relevant) 3rd‑party integrations: reliable integrations with external SaaS APIs; handling upstream failures gracefully Production observability: monitoring/logging (bonus for metrics/tracing) Fullstack debugging: able to diagnose issues across backend + browser/UI Performance for data-heavy UX: pagination + caching (and evidence you’ve handled volume) What you’ll do Build end-to-end product features across backend (Go) and frontend (React/TypeScript) Design and implement APIs that power dashboards, workflows, and reporting Build UI components that present complex data clearly and drive user action Implement robust error handling and fallback behaviour for upstream dependencies Optimize performance end-to-end (caching, pagination, query design) for high-volume data Add monitoring/analytics to track feature usage, success rates, and reliability Collaborate closely with engineering/product/design and iterate based on real usage Nice-to-haves Data visualization experience (dashboards, tables, charts, complex data UI) Workflow engines / async job orchestration Deeper information security background Next steps Apply with your CV, and we’ll come back quickly to arrange a first conversation.
