Software Systems Engineer with Java

Sabre is seeking a talented Software Systems Engineer to support the Multi-Source team within Air Offers organization. Air Products play critical role in Sabre Travel Network and Sabre IT Airlines Shopping portfolio, being responsible for managing multiple product that form Sabre Shopping Platform. Our products and systems process billions of shopping and booking transactions while connecting thousands of airline and agency customers with millions of travelers every day. In the Travel Distribution industry Airline Shopping and GDS Shopping are ones of the most critical products to acquire GDS and Airlines customers and offer airlines’ content through many different channels. Multi Source platform is about horizontal and vertical expansion of our content distribution (shopping included) capabilities. Horizontal expansion means building and expanding capabilities to source, store and expose travel content beyond our traditional landscape. Vertical expansion means building capabilities that offer added business value on top of the content we distribute. Role And Responsibilities Develops, codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing product Designs, develops and improves applications using routine and advanced technology Works on issues with help from more experienced team member Encourage high coding standards, using best practices and high quality Qualifications And Education Requirements 2+ years of related experience Experience in fast paced Software Development in Agile environment Experience in: Java, Spring, Web Services Experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker Knowledge of cloud based technologies (GCP) Analysis and problem-solving skills Strong interest in and experience with integrating AI technologies into the SDLC Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Work arrangements Hybrid working mode; 3 chosen days from the office in a week Flexible working hours: Maintain your work-life balance by adjusting your working hours to your needs Paid time off Year-End-Break: enjoy additional fully paid days off during the last week of the year Paid parental leave: Take up to 12 weeks off with pay after birth or adoption of a child.
