This isn't a role where you're handed specs to implement. You'll own the core frontend experience end-to-end, driving features from concept to daily production deployments. You'll sit close to users, shaping the product roadmap, and expand your ownership into the full stack within a small, generalist engineering team. The work Own the entire frontend experience for a critical data and AI control plane, built with React and TypeScript. Drive features from initial concept and user feedback through to daily production deployments. Shape the product roadmap directly, translating user needs into tangible features and immediate impact. Expand your scope beyond frontend, contributing to backend (Python) and infrastructure as your ownership grows. Work within a small, generalist engineering team that prioritizes code quality and dedicated tech debt cycles. What You Bring Deep production experience with React, including architectural decisions and understanding underlying patterns. A demonstrable portfolio of shipped projects or an active GitHub presence. Comfort working in a cloud environment, with a strong desire to expand into backend (Python) or infrastructure. A clear bias for shipping, prioritizing impact over unnecessary elegance. Proven ability to build relationships with users and translate their needs into product.
