Fullstack Engineer (Frontend Focus) | Bay Area | $300k + equity

About the Role We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong front-end focus to help build the next generation of enterprise software. You'll play a key role in creating intuitive, AI-enabled product experiences that help customers navigate increasingly complex workflows through modern, intelligent interfaces. This is an opportunity to work across the entire product stack, taking ownership of features from concept through deployment while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering. While your focus will be on building exceptional user experiences, you'll also be comfortable working across the broader platform Responsibilities: Build and iterate on user-facing product experiences using modern front-end technologies. Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment. Work across the full stack, collaborating on both client and server-side development when needed. Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to rapidly ship new functionality and improve existing workflows. Navigate and contribute to an existing codebase that includes C and Java services, leveraging modern AI development tools where appropriate. Continuously improve the product through rapid iteration, experimentation, and customer feedback. Qualifications: Experience building production software as a full-stack engineer, with a stronger interest or background in front-end development. Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern web development frameworks. Comfortable owning features from idea to production rather than working within narrowly defined responsibilities. Willingness to work across different parts of the technology stack, including existing Java services when required. Practical, product-minded engineer who enjoys shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback. Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment alongside Product and Design teams. Excited by the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with an early-stage startup.
