Proven ability to lead engineering teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), Kubernetes, and cloud management and governance frameworks. Strong background in AI-enabled devops and operation s using tools like Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot. Experience leading AI-driven automation initiatives that improve devops productivity, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. Experienced partnering with application development, security, and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into the software delivery pipeline as well as IT operations. Ability to work with client stakeholders to understand requirements and capabilities and to design and propose practical solutions to their DevOps challenges using AI assistive tooling where applicable. Willingness to mentor and assist team members to increase their skills and expertise in cloud and devops related technologies and future vision .
