Founding Full-Stack Engineer

The gist You'll be one of the first engineers shaping the products our own studio runs on — Unstuck OS, JustAsk, Summon, and whatever's next. This is a high-ownership role: you'll touch product decisions, architecture, and the actual shipping, often in the same week. What you'll do Build and ship features end to end across our product suite. Make pragmatic architecture calls that keep us fast without painting us into corners. Work directly with founders and design — short feedback loops, no telephone game. Set engineering patterns the next hires will inherit. What we're looking for 3+ years building production web apps with React and TypeScript. Full-stack range: you're comfortable with APIs, databases, and deploys. Bias to ship, paired with the judgment to know when not to. You like ambiguity and small teams. Bonus points Startup or studio experience. AI product experience.
