Job Title: UI Developer / Software Engineer (React/TypeScript) Location : Austin, TX (Onsite Role -5 Days Onsite Per Week) Duration : Fulltime Teams Meeting Interview Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled UI Develope r with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practice s. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, reusable, and responsive user interfaces, collaborating with UX designers and backend teams, and leveraging modern development tools including AI-assisted coding solutions to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed .The successful candidate should have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, developing reusable component libraries, and implementing high-quality frontend solutions that are performant, accessible, and maintainable . Key Responsibiliti es Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications usi ng React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES 6 +).Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following best practices and design patter ns.Develop and document component libraries usi ng Storyb o ok.Translate UX/UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfac es.Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful AP Is.Implement effective state management solutions using React Hooks, Context API, Redux, or similar approach es.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet, and mobile devic es.Utilise AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platfo rms to improve development efficiency, code quality, debugging, testing, and documentati on.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practic es.Debug and resolve application issues while continuously improving application performance and maintainabili ty.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, QA teams, and Backend Developers in Agile delivery environmen ts.Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, design systems, and shared component librari es. Required Skills & Experi enceFrontend Develop ment Strong experience with JavaScript ( ES6+) and TypeS c ript.Strong hands-on experience with Rea ct.js and modern React development patt erns.Expertis e in React Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and state manage ment.Experience building reusable, modular UI compon ents.Experience with Stor ybook for component development, testing, and documenta tion.Strong understandin g of HT ML5, CSS3, and responsive web design princi ples.Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-based develop ment.
