UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at L25 you make complex, regulated software genuinely usable. Our products are used by people doing serious work in serious settings, and good design is the difference between a system that helps and one that gets in the way. You will own the end to end design of real products, from research and flows to high fidelity interfaces, working closely with Product Managers and engineers building in React. You will design for accessibility and clarity as a default, never an afterthought. We are looking for someone with strong UX judgement and a sharp visual eye. Experience with the GOV.UK Design System and GDS standards is strongly preferred, given the public-sector work we do. Bring the craft and the standards, and you will shape how regulated Britain experiences software.
