Senior React Engineer

Senior React Engineer | Electronic Trading Technology | London Hybrid We're hiring a Senior React Engineer to join a leading financial markets technology team building high-performance trading and market data applications used globally. We're looking for engineers with: ✅ Strong React & TypeScript expertise ✅ Experience building real-time, data-intensive applications ✅ Deep understanding of browser performance, rendering, virtualisation and optimisation ✅ Experience with WebSockets, streaming data and event-driven architectures ✅ Strong testing practices (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium etc.) ✅ Ability to work across the stack and collaborate closely with backend teams Desirable experience: 🔹 Electronic Trading, Market Data or Low-Latency Systems 🔹 Solace, Kafka, Aeron or similar messaging technologies 🔹 AG Grid, Protobuf, FlatBuffers or SBE 🔹 FX, RFQ/RFS, Single Dealer Platforms or Order Management Systems This is an opportunity to work on complex front-office systems where performance, scalability and user experience are critical.
