Frontend Developer

If you’ll join us, you will… be part of a group of tech people involved in tech initiatives work in an innovative environment, learning and applying various technologies under senior guidance have access to professional certifications and structured growth/learning programs be paired with senior developers for code reviews, pairing sessions, and architectural walkthroughs work alongside AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf/Devin) integrated into our workflow - from code review prep to test generation - used as an accelerator, not a replacement for engineering judgment bring your own ideas - junior perspectives are welcome, and you'll be coached on how to shape them into working solutions have flexibility to work from home, adapted to our policy You will be involved in… learning to analyze technical requirements and existing environments, with senior support, to help find integration solutions implementing well-scoped features and bug fixes under the guidance of senior developers writing unit tests and following the team's code quality standards as you build them participating in code reviews - both receiving feedback and, over time, learning to give it gradually taking ownership of small, self-contained project areas as your confidence grows What are we looking for: foundational experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (through study, personal projects, internship, or ~0–2 years professional work) exposure to at least one modern component-based framework - Angular preferred, but solid experience with React or Vue is also valued (many concepts - components, data binding, routing, state - transfer directly) openness to working with AI coding assistants as part of the daily workflow (prompting, reviewing AI-generated code critically, following team AI-usage conventions) - no prior experience required, we'll onboard you willingness and aptitude to learn Angular specifically and a state-management pattern like NgRx/Redux - prior exposure is a plus, not a requirement basic understanding of REST APIs (consuming endpoints, reading API docs, handling async data) curiosity to learn UI component systems (e.g., Angular Material, Carbon Components) and TypeScript fundamentals an eagerness to write clean, maintainable code and to actively seek/act on feedback good analytical and problem-solving instincts - comfortable asking questions and researching rather than guessing good English written & oral communication skills (conversational/technical); enough to collaborate daily with the team and document your work clearly What you'll grow into (with our support): Angular 20 + TypeScript in a multi-app monorepo, NgRx for complex state, RxJS for reactive patterns Component libraries (Angular Material / Carbon + EDS) and Transloco-based i18n Testing discipline with Jasmine/Karma and ng-mocks Healthcare-specific practices: handling PHI responsibly, permission-gated UI, and the precision required in a clinical-data product Git workflows, code review culture, and how a real production Angular codebase is structured and evolves About Yonder: Yonder has been developing software for 30 years, for the most prominent software companies.
