About the job AI Platform Engineer (GenAI & Harness Engineering) Location: Oslo Type: Permanent, Full-Time Key Responsibilities Develop AI frameworks, SDKs, and reusable engineering tooling Build and deploy production-grade LLM applications in Python Create scalable solutions for RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation Develop APIs and platform services that accelerate AI adoption Define best practices and architectural standards across the AI ecosystem What We're Looking For 5+ years' commercial Python experience Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, Docker, Git, and CI/CD Desirable FastAPI AWS, Azure, or GCP Vector databases and semantic search Kubernetes, IaC, or MLOps tooling AI governance and responsible AI practice Apply here for more details, [email protected], +47 902 72 473
