AI & Automation Developer

INFRONT-AI is a forward-thinking SEO agency looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Developer to join our team in central Limassol. As our agency scales, we are committed to integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence into our daily operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our technical infrastructure, leveraging advanced AI tools like Claude Code and building robust automations to streamline our workflows, enhance our SEO strategies, and keep us ahead of the industry curve. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain automated workflows to optimize internal agency processes and client deliverables. Utilize Claude Code and other advanced AI coding assistants to accelerate development and problem-solving. Integrate modern LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) into our proprietary systems and SEO tools. Collaborate closely with the SEO and content teams to identify bottlenecks and build custom, AI-driven solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and continually refine existing automation scripts and AI integrations. Requirements Proven experience in core programming languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or similar) focused on backend development and automation. Hands-on expertise using Claude Code and modern AI tools in a production environment. Deep understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and automation platforms. Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for discovering new ways to leverage AI for efficiency. Excellent communication skills in English. Must be located in or willing to commute daily to our central Limassol office (this is strictly a non-remote position).
