Senior Java Tech lead

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale applications using Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud platforms, and modern software development practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design capabilities, stakeholder management, and hands-on development experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, or Financial Services domains. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and m odern engineering practices. Familiarity with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability tools. Java/Spring certifications are a plus.
