As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for the infrastructure, automation and deployment processes behind a business-critical platform operating in a highly regulated environment. Your work directly impacts scalability, security, reliability and compliance. This is not a support role, this is core business. Our client is an established Dutch fintech organisation operating in a highly regulated market. With approximately 120 employees, they combine the stability of a mature business with the technical challenges of a modern platform company. Your responsibilities include: • Managing Linux environments (Ubuntu/Debian) • Working with SaltStack • Automating infrastructure using Bash, Python and YAML • Managing Docker environments • Improving platform security, stability and performance • Working closely with software engineers • Supporting future Kubernetes initiatives Requirements • 5+ years of DevOps, Platform or Infrastructure experience • Experience with Ubuntu and Debian environments • Experience with SaltStack or similar tooling • Bash, Python and YAML experience • Docker experience • Networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, firewalls) • AWS, GCP or Azure experience is a plus • Kubernetes experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits • €5,000 to €6,400 gross per month • 32 to 40 hours per week • Hybrid working (3 days on-site) • Flexible working hours • On-call compensation • Pension scheme • Training and certification budget • Informal engineering culture Please note: IND sponsorship not provided.
