Frontend Developer

The Opportunity We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join one of our delivery teams supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will act as a front-end specialist, leveraging your expertise in modern frameworks to build high-quality, scalable user interfaces that enhance the overall client experience. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering robust, accessible, and high-performing digital applications in an Agile environment. What You'll Do Develop and maintain reusable React components to build scalable user interfaces Manage application state using tools such as Redux and React Context API Implement navigation and routing using React Router Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs to deliver dynamic content Write unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library Optimize performance through techniques such as lazy loading , memoization , and efficient use of React hooks Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code using CSS, SCSS, or equivalent Design and develop accessible and user-centric interfaces Contribute to software architecture and design discussions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends Contribute to communities of practice and knowledge sharing What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development using JavaScript and React Strong experience with TypeScript Proven ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Core Skills Required Advanced proficiency in React and modern front-end development practices Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) Proficiency with Git and version control systems Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Docker, Snyk, etc.) Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and TDD practices Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards Familiarity with design systems Our Stack Frontend: React, TypeScript State Management: Redux, Context API Testing: Jest, React Testing Library Styling: CSS, SCSS Tools: Git, GitHub, Docker, Snyk CI/CD: Modern continuous integration and deployment pipelines Cloud (Asset): AWS services
