Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage overall project end-to-end testing; test case, testing strategy, test approach etc and coordinate all testing activities for responsible project Understand project requirements and analyze business cases for testing Define testing scope, estimate testing effort and resource for project. Execute and lead manual testing activities (priority) with focus on: Mobile applications (iOS/Android ~70%) and Web applications (~30%) Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing Set up, maintain, and enhance automation test frameworks for mobile apps and web Identify quality risks and issues and escalate to the team and stakeholders Facilitate and deliver test artifacts (test cases, test data, test reports) Work closely with QA, BA, Developers, and SM to deliver high-quality products Continuously improve QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up to date Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field Minimum 6+ years of QA experience, with strong emphasis on manual testing Strong hands-on experience in: - Mobile application testing (iOS/Android) - Web application testing - Minimum 2–3 years of automation testing experience, such as: - Mobile: Appium or Maestro -Web: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright - API: Rest API - Solid understanding of testing methodologies and test design - Experience testing cross-browser and cross-device compatibility (mobile + web) - Experience in Agile teams with tools like Jira / Confluence - Basic coding/scripting skills (e.g., Java or others) are an advantage - Experience in frontend and backend testing - Experience in financial/banking systems is a plus What you will get from ATA IT : • 14 days’ vacation in first year • Health insurance for staff & families • Life insurance • Dental fee for staff & families • Provident fund • Monetary Assistance (Childbirth, Funeral, Basket Visit) • Annual Party • Monthly Activities- Staff Birthday & Company Activities • Annual Health Check • Multi-national company with flexible working hours, but professional company culture • Work from Home Policy
