Software Developer (React) | Up to £200k Base + Exceptional Bonus | Elite FinTech | London | Hybrid I'm working with a leading FinTech firm that's looking to hire experienced React Developers to help build high-performance web applications used in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Role: Software Developer (React) Industry: Elite FinTech Compensation: Up to £200k base + exceptional bonus Location: London (Hybrid) What you'll be working on: Leading the development of modern, responsive web applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience. Taking ownership of greenfield products, from initial design through to production deployment. Building complex, data-intensive platforms and analytical tools capable of handling large-scale datasets and demanding workflows. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code while helping shape the long-term architecture of the platform. What we're looking for: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong commercial experience developing applications with React and the wider React ecosystem. Experience with Python would be an advantage. Previous exposure to trading or FinTech is beneficial but not essential. A genuine interest in technology and a desire to stay up to date with modern tools, frameworks, and best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
