Founding Software Engineer - Junior + Mid

I'm partnered with a company in Bath who are taking a novel approach to combatting the climate crisis. They are hiring for a mid-level frontend engineer to join their small and growing team as they continue to scale their ground-breaking product. What they need from you: Good frontend knowledge - 3+ years' experience working with TypeScript + React Experience working across the full stack would be useful too They need a problem solver who likes to take ownership You'll need to be comfortable with problems being a bit messy from time to time - someone who thrives in ambiguity! They need a self-starter for this one, someone who can work both autonomously and with a team. Bonus points for: Interest and/or experience in data heavy problems Having a product-focused background Why would you join this company?
