Oliver Bernard are once again partnered with a fast growing AI start-up based in London! They are looking to add a talented Machine Learning Engineer to help develop their core product. Their Product? This Machine Learning role at its core is building systems that model human behaviour at scale, it's a brutally hard computational problem: the number of possible outcomes across a population is vast, and the whole thing has to resolve quickly enough to be commercially useful. The Role? Turn research into production ready solutions to tackle this complex issue Fine-tune the pipelines to ensure they create the most accurate simulations / solutions possible Building Data pipelines - Turn unstructured data into actionable simulations of the population sets Recognise the trade-offs and make decisions accordingly to maximise performance About you Experience in Machine Learning within a commercial environment (Ideally a start-up) High autonomy when it comes to your work approach, build fast and ship high quality solutions that won't fall over Experience in processing/working with Human Data is essential Proficient in writing high grade Python code Deep Learning experience Bonus - A background in computational social science / applied social science Bonus - Worked with simulations before What's on offer?
