Lead I - Python, AWS, SQL

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python , event-driven architectures using Kafka , and containerization with Docker , along with a solid understanding of authentication and authorization flows . Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Python Build and manage event-driven systems and integrations using Kafka Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, API security) Containerize applications using Docker and ensure smooth deployment Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams for end-to-end delivery Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of services Follow best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD pipelines Mandatory Skills 6+ years of experience in backend development Strong programming expertise in Python Hands on experience with SQL Experience with Kafka / Event-driven architecture preferred (not mandatory) Experience with Docker and container-based development Solid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms Expertise in building REST APIs and microservices architectures Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures Skills Python,AWS, SQL
