Tasks

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of assigned C++ development tasks for the D1 platform

Enhance and maintain existing (legacy) C++ codebase

Collaborate closely with the two-person dev team to design and implement new features

Coordinate requirements and issues with Product Management and Support

Write and execute unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure high quality

Contribute to database design and SQL development (PostgreSQL or similar)

Requirements

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

5–10 years professional C++ development experience

Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or comparable RDBMS

German C2 and English C1 proficiency

Experience working with legacy codebases

Proficiency with Git version control

Nice-to-Haves:

Embarcadero C++ Builder experience

Familiarity with MS Visual Studio, VS Code or equivalents

Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools
