During this internship, you’ll report to our CEO, Ludovic Vallat , and get the chance to work across teams. Schedule: Full-time/Part-time position, Monday to Friday. Location: Work-from-home position, with the possibility of relocating to the Philippines for the internship. What you’ll do: Map, design, and build end-to-end AI-powered automations across Staffviser's business operations, covering areas such as recruitment workflows, HR processes, client management, and reporting. Connect and integrate multiple tools from our tech stack through AI and automation to reduce manual effort and drive operational efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks across all teams and translate them into smart, scalable, and reliable automation solutions. Leverage large language models and AI APIs to build intelligent workflows. Collaborate closely with our internal team to gather requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure smooth adoption across the business. Document all automations and processes built, maintaining clean and scalable system architecture. Stay on top of the latest AI and automation tools and proactively recommend new solutions. What you’ll need: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience or a strong interest in automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier. Familiarity with AI tools and a strong appetite to explore and apply new solutions. Basic understanding of API, MCP, webhooks, and data flows to connect different systems seamlessly. Curious, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail. A genuine interest in the recruitment and people industry is a plus.
