Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / Java / GenAI) Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a multidisciplinary product team responsible for developing and enhancing a leading digital assistant platform used by customers across a large-scale enterprise environment. You will work within an Agile "Use Case Team", contributing to the design, development, and expansion of AI-driven conversational solutions. The team continuously introduces new capabilities and customer-facing functionalities, leveraging modern software engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, and Generative AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative AI and chatbot initiatives, ranging from incremental product improvements to large-scale strategic developments. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications from frontend to backend. Create scalable web architectures and responsive user experiences. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservice-driven solutions. Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs. Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code through best development practices. Participate in the complete software lifecycle, from analysis and design through deployment and support. Contribute to AI-driven solutions, chatbot capabilities, and conversational experiences. Leverage AI agents and agentic workflows to improve automation and development efficiency. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and other stakeholders. Support the evolution of existing solutions through continuous improvement and innovation. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments. Strong experience with Python development. Experience with Java development (Spring Boot preferred). Experience designing and integrating APIs and backend systems. Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI solutions. Good understanding of cloud-native architectures and RESTful services.
