Description

Senior Full-Stack Developer We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation! Location: Lisbon Main Tasks: Design and develop scalable full-stack applications adhering to established technology roadmaps and best practices. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and system architecture discussions. Build, maintain, and enhance front-end interfaces and back-end services to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to system integration, testing, and deployment. Conduct thorough integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high system quality and reliability. Implement SDLC best practices with emphasis on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and low-touch deployments. Advocate for code quality through mentoring, code reviews, and adoption of development standards. Drive technical improvements by adopting new frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall productivity. Establish partnerships with central teams, architecture groups, and Production Support (APS) to maintain secure coding and robust SDLC processes. Profile: Minimum 10 years of experience in Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript. Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Java. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database management systems. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and SDLC automation best practices. Knowledge of secure coding principles, functional design systems, and architectural patterns. Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins. Experience working with globally distributed development teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a front-to-back delivery approach. Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken, mandatory). Additional Information: Hybrid work regime – office in Lisbon.
