We offer: Opportunity to contribute to large-scale AI transformation within a global financial organization Hands-on exposure to modern data platforms, automation, and AI-driven analytics capabilities Collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders across regions and functions Exposure to platform engineering, analytics, AI enablement, and system design Contingent/Leased assignment working onsite at Morgan Stanley Contract via a third-party agency You will: Develop and enhance Python-based platforms that enable the execution, integration, and scaling of quantitative and analytical models Design and implement AI-enabled solutions, including LLM- and agent-based integrations (e.g. MCP), to improve analytics workflows and user interaction Integrate analytics and model execution capabilities with enterprise technology systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and production-ready solutions Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into well-designed technical solutions Contribute to system design and architecture, supporting the evolution of platforms and integration patterns Gradually take ownership of components or projects, with opportunities to lead design and delivery You have: Strong software development experience with a focus on Python, infrastructure, and data-intensive applications Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience working with structured data Experience working across cross-functional teams and bridging business and technology perspectives Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Approximately 4–6+ years of relevant professional experience Y ou might also have: Familiarity with AI and agent-based systems, including protocols such as MCP Experience with platform or system-level development such as APIs, execution environments, or integration layers Understanding of modern engineering practices including automated testing, service-oriented architectures, and web-based integrations Exposure to cloud-based development environments Experience providing technical leadership to small teams Project management experience for mid-sized initiatives Knowledge of quantitative analytics, modelling, or financial concepts within capital markets or financial services environments Team profile: This team is focused on building and evolving analytics platforms that combine data, automation, AI, and modern engineering practices.
