Job Description As a Full-Stack Engineer at Letty, you will build autonomous AI employees replacing manual workflows in real estate. Working at YC-stage intensity in Hoxton, you will own the entire stack from LLM orchestration to frontend. What You Will Do Architect and build end-to-end systems including Python/FastAPI backends, LLM orchestration pipelines, and telephony infrastructure for real-time voice calls. Ship user-facing features using Next.js and TypeScript, taking products from initial concept to production in days rather than months. Own the full engineering lifecycle, from database modeling in PostgreSQL to managing production deployments and observability on GCP or AWS. The ideal candidate Expert proficiency in Python and TypeScript with a track record of building complex, production-grade systems from zero to one. Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, or event-driven services, demonstrating a maker mindset rather than just feature-building.
