Quality Assurance Analyst

This role is 100% onsite in downtown Indianapolis. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to work with the Information Services (IS) team to help define the test strategy, test plans and scripts, execute test scripts, and manage defects for a large enterprise transformation project that involves custom reporting and vendor software. This role will work closely with the IS team members and will perform comprehensive software testing thorough test result documentation. This role will also work with business users to support planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing. The qualifications for the ideal candidate are listed below: Quality Assurance Analyst 5 – 10 years of experience in software QA roles, spanning SaaS and on-premise application testing for enterprise implementations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tool is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills Working knowledge of MS Office tools Ability to work with all groups of Company employees and consultants Attention to detail
