You will coach teams and foster collaboration to drive Agile adoption, improve delivery outcomes, and contribute to a transformative cultural shift across the organization. This role emphasizes coaching, facilitation, and guidance—without direct managerial responsibilities—and aligns with the broader organizational strategy led by the Center of Excellence for Agile maturity. Key Responsibilities Standardize Agile practices, ceremonies, and workflows across teams. Leverage Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira Align) to enhance Agile process optimization, streamline workflows, and improve reporting. Define, monitor, and interpret Agile metrics (e.g., team health, velocity, cycle time) to track transformation progress and inform coaching strategies. Coach teams on Agile principles and practices—including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS—and support their effective adoption. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and learning initiatives. Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS. Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Working knowledge of technical practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to inspire, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience transitioning teams or organizations from traditional (e.g., Waterfall) to Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and product-centric ways of working. Understanding of organizational behavior and change management principles. Proven track record of fostering continuous learning and improvement within teams. Expertise in metrics-driven coaching—using data to inform decisions and guide improvement efforts. Mentorship experience in technical excellence practices (e.g., TDD, paired programming, test automation). Commitment to personal and team continuous learning and professional development. Additional Notes This role is focused on coaching and enabling teams—not managing people or projects. Success in this position requires strong stakeholder engagement, adaptability, and a passion for helping organizations evolve toward higher levels of Agile maturity. ________________________________________ [Add information regarding benefits and perks here] Skills: agile, kanban, scrum, safe
