Job Title: Frontend Developer (React) Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features. Translate wireframes and visual designs into interactive and accessible interfaces. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for speed and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. Contribute to code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with emerging frontend trends and advocate for continuous improvement within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Expert level of hands-on experience developing web applications with React.js and JavaScript. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain responsive, user-centric interfaces. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and browser compatibility techniques. Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services. Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling. Proven track record of delivering complex projects in remote, distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular). Experience with state management libraries and frontend testing frameworks. Background in building accessible web applications.
