We specialize in digital strategy, application development, and engineering, utilising MEAN, MERN, and LAMP stacks, with PHP Laravel as our primary proficiency. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a skilled HTML Developer to design user-centric, scalable web applications and drive front-end best practices. Job Overview: As a HTML Developer at Sundew, you will be responsible to translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produce visual elements of the application. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product requirements, user behavior, and business objectives to define experience strategy Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes Convert approved designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementations Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align UX vision with technical feasibility Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility standards Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability Make strategic UX decisions for both core features and new enhancements Apply user-centered design principles and continuously test and iterate Stay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and front-end technologies Maintain design consistency across products and platforms Required Skills & Experience: - 5–6 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe XD Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Experience with modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular – preferred) Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards Experience implementing animations and interactive elements (GSAP or similar is a plus) Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design Ability to communicate design systems and implementation logic clearly to teams Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments Passion for solving user pain points through both design and technical execution Education Qualification: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related subject Relevant certifications
