The Role As a Product Engineer, you'll work hands-on across our tech stack - building new features, fixing real customer issues, and shipping fast alongside our CEO, clinicians, and customers. This is a forward-deployed role: you'll be close to the product and close to the people using it every day. You are the kind of engineer who sees a complex problem and gets energized, not overwhelmed. You think in systems. You ship. You care about the user as much as the code. You take ownership of what you build - you go where the problem takes you until it's solved. What You'll Do Build and ship features across the full stack - frontend, backend, and AI-powered workflows Help build, test, and improve AI agents that automate clinical documentation workflows Work directly with clinicians and agency operators to understand real workflow problems and turn them into working software Partner with the CEO and senior engineering on prioritization and what to build next Follow HIPAA-compliant architecture and security best practices in everything you ship Move fast - ship to real users, get feedback, iterate, repeat Own your work end to end - flag issues early and see them through to resolution What We're Looking For Required 4-5 years of hands-on software development experience True full-stack capability - comfortable across frontend, backend, and database, with willingness to pick up infrastructure as needed Claude Code is already part of how you plan, build, and ship - not something you're learning on the job Track record of shipping and maintaining real production features, not just prototypes Ownership mindset - you identify problems before they land on someone else's desk Strong communicator - you can explain your thinking clearly to technical and non-technical people alike Based in the Greater Philadelphia region - this is an onsite, forward-deployed role Strongly Preferred Interest or experience in health tech - EHR integrations, clinical workflows, HIPAA-compliant system design Familiarity with home health, skilled nursing, or post-acute care operations Startup experience (internship or full-time) Exposure to agentic AI systems or LLM-powered workflows Tech Stack Our current stack - you should be comfortable here: Node.js; React Native; AWS; Claude Code and agentic workflows What We Offer Equity - meaningful ownership as an early engineering hire Competitive salary + stock options Healthcare & PTO Direct access to customers and real feedback loops from day one Work on a problem that genuinely matters - reducing clinician burnout and improving patient safety for a fast-aging population No bureaucracy, no committees, no red tape - just a lean team building fast How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn Scribble is an equal opportunity employer.
