The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, leading end-to-end development efforts, and mentoring junior developers. Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and database management is essential. Experience with cloud deployments (especially AWS) and RESTful APIs is required. Leadership experience and familiarity with AWS Amplify are added advantages. Job Responsibility Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Lead end-to-end development activities and guide junior developers. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong focus on performance and security. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. Manage database structures and queries (MongoDB/SQL). Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and product owners. Ensure CI/CD pipelines and code deployments are robust. Troubleshoot and debug production issues. Mandatory Skills Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Express.js. Strong knowledge of database design and query optimization (SQL or NoSQL). Experience with Git and cloud deployments (especially AWS). Experience in RESTful API development and integration. Good understanding of design patterns and coding standards. AWS Amplify is a plus. Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
