Jr. Software Quality Engineer

Shortened JD – Jr. Software Quality Engineer 📍 Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) Key Responsibilities: Perform desktop application testing, including patch, package, build validation, and upgrade testing. Execute test cases, log defects, and collaborate with developers on issue resolution. Support QA automation using Playwright. Perform regression testing and release validation. Maintain test cases, documentation, and test results. Required Skills: 1–3 years of QA/SQE experience. Hands-on experience with desktop application testing. Knowledge of Playwright or other automation tools. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps and CI/CD is a plus. Basic Python or JavaScript scripting is preferred.
