A solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns, is necessary. Candidates should also have experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with knowledge of testing and debugging techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are vital. Candidates must have either completed National Service or be exempted, with flexibility for those currently in service to apply and be assessed accordingly.
