No third-party recruiters or staffing agencies. Position Summary  Laser Photonics Corporation is seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our team in Lake Mary, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to grow their skills in WordPress, PHP, and modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, maintaining, and improving company websites and web-based applications while working closely with marketing, engineering, and business teams.  Please Note: We are only considering applicants who are currently located in the United States, are authorized to work permanently without current or future sponsorship, and are able to work on-site in Lake Mary, Florida. Responsibilities  ·           Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of company websites and web applications.  ·           Build and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.  ·           Develop website functionality using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress best practices.  ·           Update website content, features, and layouts as needed.  ·           Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns.  ·           Ensure websites are responsive and function properly across desktop and mobile devices.  ·           Support website integrations with third-party applications, APIs, and databases.  ·           Collaborate with internal teams to implement new web features and improvements.  ·           Participate in website testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.  ·           Follow coding standards and industry best practices for web development and security.  Qualifications  ·           Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.  ·           1–3 years of web development experience, including internships, freelance work, or personal projects.  ·           Experience with WordPress website development and administration.  ·           Working knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.  ·           Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders such as Elementor is a plus.  ·           Basic understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.  ·           Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a plus.  ·           Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization is desirable.  ·           Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.  ·           Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow as a web developer.  ·           Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative onsite team.  Preferred Qualifications ·              Experience with B2B websites.  ·              Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.  ·              Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology environment is a plus.
