Job Title: Data Analyst – Banking & Financial Services Company: Aaratech Inc. Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Banking & Financial Services to support data-driven initiatives across banking operations and financial reporting. In this role, you will analyze financial data, identify business trends, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities Gather, validate, and analyze banking and financial datasets. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data analysis techniques. Collaborate with business, finance, compliance, and technology teams. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. Prepare reports and present analytical findings to business stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in banking, financial services, or a related industry. Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience working with financial data, reporting, and business analytics. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of financial reporting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation. Experience working with large financial datasets and SQL databases. Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus. About Aaratech Inc.
