Gen AI Data Scientist

Role: GenAI Data Scientist Work Model: Onsite/Hybrid Contract: 9+ months Day-to-Day Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies Support GenAI model development, evaluation, and performance tuning Design and execute experiments to assess model behavior and outcomes Develop metrics to measure model quality, bias, and business impact Partner with product and engineering teams to inform model and feature decisions Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical outputs for stakeholders Produce data analysis reports and insights Deliver model evaluation and performance metrics Document experiment design and results Provide recommendations to improve model performance and business value Must Haves Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI concepts Strong Python (data analysis, ML libraries) Strong SQL and large-scale data manipulation Experience with advanced analytics and BI tools Experience with model evaluation and experimentation Strong analytical and critical thinking Curiosity and hypothesis-driven mindset Ability to clearly communicate complex findings Strong cross-functional collaboration Awareness of ethical and responsible AI practices Ability to determine when to use specific GenAI models Exposure to LLM ecosystem (Google, Claude, etc.) ~10+ years data science ~10+ years FinTech ~1.5+ years GenAI Skills: design,data,python,fintech,critical thinking,llms,analysis reports,data scientis,genai
